What fun it would be to own an almost 10 acre woodlot, a hiking or hunting ground and a piece of fresh air. The deed specifies that 'no dwellings or permanent habitations shall be constructed upon this lot is conveyed as a woodlot.' I know you like your subdivision home and neighbors, but sometimes it would be nice to run away to peace and quiet. Just 20 mins or so from Keene, you can then hike in, snowmobile in or drive a big high wheeled vehicle truck in. That hike in from the end of the maintained road may take a good 20 mins. The section of the road where this land sits is not town maintained. Land specialist Leighton Lutz, has helped find all the boundary pins following the survey map and has recently estimated the timber value to be about $6000.
